Understanding The End-To-End Process Of Extension And Renovation Work
One subject which we have looked at here over the years is the assumed separation of responsibility between an architect and a builder in respect of home renovation and restoration work. Most people would have a very broad, perhaps even basic, notion that it’s a clear divide, with the architect responsible for the plans and the builder responsible for working from them. This is a line which has long since gone, if in fact it ever existed.
