Barking Riverside is one of the largest regeneration projects in the whole of London. The site stretches two kilometres along the Thames and will ultimately become the location of a brand new neighbourhood. Outline permission was given in 2007 for a plan to build 10,800 homes in four stages. On top of this new schools, healthcare facilities, commercial spaces, public squares, and community spaces will be created. Continue reading →
