Making the most of small spaces
As the demand for properties grows, particularly in sought after areas such as London, space is becoming more of an asset. Many new examples of residential architecture in London and elsewhere are becoming notorious for getting smaller and smaller. This is especially true for flats. In recent times, we have seen news items about the more extreme examples such as a one-room property for £275,000, containing just 188 square feet, as well as houses just seven and twelve feet wide on the property market for tens of thousands of pounds.
